Estimate the cost of construction projects and provide guidance to clients submitting competitive bids for construction projects. Review blueprints and product specifications to accurately determine the cost and the quantity. Estimate costs of construction projects, prepare budgets and manage tenant improvement projects from Conception. Prepare change order packages for ongoing projects and create cost database models to track cost needs. Analyze and estimate costs for project changes and prepare cost and expenditure statements. Identify scheduling challenges, deviations, plan conflicts and budget deviations and work towards resolving them. Skills required: AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, Procore, VU360 and Primavera. Master’s degree in Science, Technology, or Engineering (any); Construction Management with 6 months of experience in job offered or related occupation is required. This is a mid-level position and the APM works closely with the Project Management team and provides support for the entire life-cycle of a construction project.

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to plan and supervise a wide range of residential and commercial construction projects from start to finish. Project Manager will organize and oversee construction procedures on the field and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
